Teachers Package In 2011 UDF government introduced the Teachers Package to give solution to the problems that threatened the smooth functioning of schools. There are nearly 2000 teachers who were lost their jobs due to division fall in schools. Now the government is giving massive training to these retrenched teachers in various subjects including management and ICT . Teachers who were thrown out from service in Ernakulam revenue district were given 7days training in management and 3 day training in ICT.
